Tom Mackenzie: Founder/President
Tom has enjoyed 20 years in the Washington State Wine industry working in distribution sales
and marketing management positions dating back to 1989. In 2006 Tom joined Maryhill Winery as National Sales
Manager, promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2008. In 2009 Maryhill was named Washington State Winery of the year.
David Mackenzie: Vice President of Operations
David has spent the better part of the past 20 years in materials management at many levels. David began his career at Fluke Electronics in 1988 as a store keeper, then moved to shipping supervisor for a short time before settling in procurement. In 1996 David moved to Intermec Technologies as a Commodity Manager for MRO. In 2000 David began work as a Material Quoting Analyst for Jabil Circuit and by 2007 he was a Global Materials Manager for HP and Echostar. David has an AA degree and CPM.
Jon Henderson: Advisory Member
Jon, a registered representative of Infinex Investments, Inc., has more than 23 years of banking and investment experience serving the wealth and asset management needs of his clients. Since 1991, Jon has been working with clients on Cape Cod and throughout the greater New England area helping them to plan for and meet their financial goals. Jon has
a Bachelors
of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in
Marketing from Husson University.
James C. Luginbill: Advisory Member
Jim has been Vice President, Global Business Unit, for Jabil Circuit since March 2005. He joined Jabil in 1998 as a Business Unit Director and was promoted to Senior Business Unit Director in 2000. Luginbill has successfully managed the growth and globalization of many of Jabil's top accounts in Enterprise, Storage, Peripherals, and Displays. Prior to Jabil, Luginbill held various manufacturing positions with Hewlett-Packard with management responsibilities for Engineering and Product Development and Support. Luginbill holds a B. S. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University.
Matthew Yates: Advisory Member
Matthew is an attorney practicing in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Yates currently works as a corporate and
regulatory attorney for the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, which is responsible for coordinating the planning of and enforcing mandatory reliability standards for users, owners and operators of the bulk electric system throughout the fourteen western states, the northern portion of Baja Mexico, and two Canadian Provinces comprising the Western Interconnection. Before working for Western Electricity Coordinating Council, Mr. Yates worked in the legal Department of Portland General Electric, an investor owned electric utility serving
metropolitan Portland, Oregon and six other counties in Oregon. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Yates worked in business unit management at a top-tier custom electronics manufacturer from 1999 through 2003 and in procurement and materials for a leading
computer memory manufacturer from 1995 through 1998. Matt holds a BA from Albertsons College and a law degree from the University of Oregon.
